Culinary Uses

Great for making tea, both hot and iced.

Ideal for Iced drinks such as Pimms.

Can be chopped and added to desserts such as Ice Creams and Meringues.

Flowers are also edible and can be used as a garnish.

 

Low-growing, spreading perennial mint with bright green foliage.  They produce a lovely minty strawberry scent when crushed.  Clusters of mall lilac flowers which are very attractive to pollinators. As with most mints it is best restricted in a bottomless pot in the garden.
