Culinary Uses:
Rosemary has a wide variety of uses.  It can be used as a flavouring dishes, especially stuffing.  Rosemary can be added to roasted meats, especially lamb, pork, chicken and turkey. It makes a tasty addition to roast potatoes and works well with other roasted vegetables such as sweet potatoes and butternut squash.
 
Other Uses:
Made into a tea to aid digestion.
Infused into a hot bath.
Can be dried for later use.
 
Haifa is a low growing form with a finer habit than R. Foxtail.  Produces beautiful mounds of scented foliage and is ideal for the front of border or to tumble over wall.
 
Rosemary has recently been renamed Salvia rosmarinus but we are still using the old name as it is what our customers are generally familiar with.
