Culinary Uses:

Rosemary has a wide variety of uses.  It can be used as a flavouring dishes, especially stuffing.  Rosemary can be added to roasted meats, especially lamb, pork, chicken and turkey. It makes a tasty addition to roast potatoes and works well with other roasted vegetables such as sweet potatoes and butternut squash.

 

Other Uses:

Made into a tea to aid digestion.

Infused into a hot bath.

Can be dried for later use.

 

Miss Jessop is one of the best forms for cooking being highly aromatic and having a strong flavour.  Good upright habit and topped with clusters of blue flowers.  Attractive to pollinators. 

 

Rosemary has recently been renamed Salvia rosmarinus but we are still using the old name as it is what our customers are generally familiar with.
