Culinary Uses.
Makes excellent Mint Tea.
Great in Gin, Mojito or other drinks.
Can be used in Thai Cooking especially salads.
 
Other Uses.
Can be grown near roses to deter aphids.
Scattered leaves can deter mice.
Can be used in pot pourri.
 
A striking form of perennial mint with bright green foliage and red stems.  It produces a fresh aromatic scent with a slight Caraway flavour.  Clusters of small lilac flowers which are very attractive to pollinators. As with most mints it is best restricted in a bottomless pot in the garden.
